We do not need to be told to join in when something good is going on, we just join in.
We can only be drawing back when we think a place or a team is not good enough for us.

I joined a group few years ago through a friend.
We come together, we share our experiences and ate together.
It was so much fun.
I never taught I would have that much fun with that selected set of people.
The truth is that I was so judging about the way they were and how they organized themselves.
But in the end, I saw that all those things does not matter.
I was glad I joined in because it was fun being around such people.
I learned a lot too.
