Ready in 5 minutes without baking! Sugar-free, super healthy with cocoa and hint of orange! Check this out! Grab the recipe, make it at home and let me know how you like it! 😉
INGREDIENTS for 8 pieces:
⚪ 100g of quick-cooking oats
⚪ 1 banana
⚪ 15g of cocoa
⚪ 50g honey
⚪ 40g of coconut oil
⚪ 30g almond flakes
⚪ grated skin of one orange
PREPARATION
1️⃣ Crush the banana with a fork in a large bowl.
2️⃣ Add oatmeal, honey, coconut oil, cocoa and blend all together.
3️⃣ Add coconut and almond flakes, orange peel and mix thoroughly.
4️⃣ Form the balls from the mass and use your finger to give them the shape of cookies.
5️⃣ Put them on baking paper, hide into the fridge for a minimum of one hour and it’s READY! 😋
One such cookie has only 190 calories!
