Steemit Challenge S26-w6 : Two-timing

• So when they got off the bus, Tina handed John a small card.

• Tina said she would call him anytime she wanted, and she said this again with a smile.

John was shocked. There was only one question in his mind, what should I do? Emily is at home, my wife, my life partner. So why is this piece of paper creating unrest in my heart? He kept thinking about these things for a while.

Even after John returned home, the card was haunting him. Emily called from the kitchen and said,
How was your day today?

• John forced a smile and said, Good.

• But a storm was raging inside his mind.

Several days passed like this. After a few days, John could no longer stop himself. He gathered his courage and messaged Tina. As soon as he sent the message, the answer came, a reply that John could not even imagine. It was nice to see you write in the replay. This word came to mind.

The conversation began. They kept talking about office pressure, life stories, and various things under the guise of laughter to each other. And gradually their relationship began to be tied by an invisible thread.

Then John realized that he was slowly living in two worlds. On the one hand, Emily who was by his side every day and gave him a safe haven. On the other hand, Tina who was opening the door to a new colorful attraction.

• One day, Tina said...
  Can't we have coffee together somewhere?

• John finally agreed after much thought.

Thus, one day, they went to a famous coffee shop, while Tina was sitting in the coffee shop and laughing, John felt like time had stopped. But just then, the phone rang. He saw that Emily was calling, and as soon as he picked up the call, he said...

• John can you Come a little early today? I made a special cake for you.

Hearing this, John's chest suddenly felt heavy. Then he realized that Emily loved him unconditionally, and Tina was trying to lead him to something bad. John realized that she was playing a two-way game with him. If he did this, his happy family would be destroyed. His happy life would turn into misery.

Then John silently stood up, leaving his coffee unfinished. Tina looked at him with surprised eyes. Then John just said

• I have to go home.

• Tina kept saying what happened suddenly,
  You are leaving me suddenly.

• John hurried out of there without answering.

That night, John hugged Emily tightly. And he made a decision inside himself that no matter how strong the temptation is, my true happiness is with Emily. I can't live a moment without her, she is the real companion of my life.

Then John went to the window, took out Tina's card from his pocket and tore it into pieces. And threw it out the window.

• Seeing John so restlessly,

• Emily asked..

• What happened? Why are you feeling so strange today.

So finally, I will say one important thing, there are always temptations in human life. However, we all have to remember that trust and confidence are the main foundation of any relationship. John finally chose his heart, which brought him back to home and love. This is how the story ended.
