They both collected the names of people they knew who were particularly skilled,

Timothy suggested some names, they were, Shakeel, Maya, Mamun, Nadia.

John suggested some names, they were, Suman, Rohan, Sadia, Kaya.

Out of these few people, two of them formed a team of four, who were very good at their own work, those who were selected for the team were, Shakil is good at data analysis, Nadia is the best at backend, Kaya is very good at UI/UX, and Rohan can do a great job in testing.

Timothy and John selected these four people for their team and immediately organized a meeting with them, because they only have six weeks to create this project, their first meeting was held that afternoon.

In that meeting, Shakil said, we have to work carefully with data privacy, and of course we have to protect the users' information.

Nadia said in a light voice, we will start working very quickly and finish this work very seriously and beautifully, because we have very little time.

Timothy and John listened to them very carefully, John calmly told everyone, good words, first we have to make a plan, we will work according to that plan.

Among the team members, Kaya tries to work a little too hastily, and she speaks very harshly to other team members, many times the other members get annoyed by Kaya's behavior, but everyone tolerates her because of Kaya's ability to work.

Days passed, the board's algorithm started drawing according to the plan, the code for the project started writing, after completing the first stage of work, Rohan found some errors in testing, he found a big mistake while catching a tiger, then there were several meetings about the oil guri dum drawn on the board, Rohan told Mitti that the rental system hangs in real time, and data is lost. Rohan said, if this problem is not fixed, the release will be canceled.

Timothy and John got worried, they decided to work in a new way after meeting with all the other team members, Shakeel said, the customer's privacy should be kept, in this the rental system will also be acceptable and reliable.

The work started in a new way, a smart algorithm was created, which would have real-time data, rent calculations, promotional offers and various other modern technologies.

Finally, they completed the work in the new way and everyone was very happy to see the testing and work complete.

After six weeks, Timothy and John took their project to the general manager, the general manager handed over the project to the client, the client checked all the programs thoroughly, the program was launched very well, the client understood his project well and was very happy, seeing the client's happiness, Manager Janine was happy and thanked everyone.

Then Timothy said with a smile that our team did not come together just for work, but they also came together for education by creating this project.

Finally, Nadia said that a software or a project is not just a job, but it is a responsibility, and we try to fulfill that responsibility properly.

Timothy and John thanked their team, and they all left with smiles on their faces, and they started telling each other that these six weeks were not just about a job, but we learned a big lesson in our lives from this project.
