I didn't even realize I caught a bonus bird!

When we saw a Pileated Woodpecker flying around in our woods earlier, I put on my boots and braved the cold although I was hesitant, and tried to photograph the creature. While I was clicking away, I captured a bonus Blue Jay in some of the photos. As I crept closer in search of more impressive shots, I scared it off and it flew away.... maybe next time. Enjoy the photos that I did get, and stay warm out there!
