New Activity Title - Yoga Day 1 or A Month Challenge

I just finished a yoga activity that lasted about hh:30mm:0ss !

Hello Yoga lovers!

Today I found a nice programme from Adriene!
It is a 1-month programme.
Each class longs just for 30 minutes!
I decided to try it.
During the week I plan to do it in the morning and do my strength workouts in the evening.
