FLOURISH LIKE A PALM TREE 2

"BUT THE GODLY WILL FLOURISH LIKE PALM TREES And GROW STRONG LIKE THE CEDARS OF LEBANON."
Psalm 92:12 (NLT)

• God will always be there for you, If you live holy (1 Peter 1:15,16).

• If you live a godly life, you may have challenges, but God will always make a way of escape for you; from whatever the predicament (1 Corinthians 10:13).
• He would always come to your aid At the time of tribulations and distresses.
  You would not be put to shame: "AND HOPE [in God] MAKETH NOT ASHAMED . . . " (Romans 5:5 KJV).

• You have a choice to make.

• Life is about choices. You can choose to live for God and for Him alone, even in the midst of this perverse generation.
• There are attractions of the world that may not encourage you to live a godly life (1 John 2:15-17). However, whatever sacrifice you made to live holy, that you may not soil your garment, worth it. Nothing in the world can be compared with the benefits you had in God If you lived for Him (2 Corinthians 4:16-18).
• When you are tempted to compromise your faith, ask God to help you; acknowledge the Holy Spirit, asking Him to help you in your journey on earth (John 14:16,26).
• When you are bored and discouraged, ask the Holy Spirit to help you, energize you, and encourage you to continue—forging ahead.
• The Holy Spirit is given to the Believers; to comfort and strengthen us in the heavenly race—Christian journey on earth (John 14:16; Romans 8:15).

• If you chose to live godly, live for God; What are the benefits of the Kingdom you enjoyed or experienced?:
a. Grace is made available, and it multiplies in your life As you are steadfast in God.
REMEMBER, as a Believer in Christ Jesus, without God's Grace, success in life would be a mirage.
THE enabling Grace to flourish like a Palm tree is given to the godly. Palm trees flourish in every season of the year (Psalm 92:12).
b. Grace for strength and longevity is given to the person who lives godly. Cedar of Lebanon is a symbol of strength and longevity—It had a long life span (Psalm 92:12).
GOD would make you strong, and have lasting effects in whatever you are assigned to do.
c. The purpose why you are on earth would be fully accomplished because the Grace, strength, for continuity is given to you, because you live for Him.

• There is a great gain in godly living.

• There is nothing good in Sin. It kills and destroys.
• Sin would make you stink before God, and It makes sink.
• If you do not want to be stinking, and sink in life, then, live a godly life.
• Why do you want to choose death? Must you die in unrighteousness, when God has life and blessings for you? (Deuteronomy 30:15,19).
• Thus, live godly, live right, and take your place in God's Kingdom on earth.

• The power, the enabling Grace, to live for God is imparted to you in Jesus' name.

• Should there be any ailment in your body, receive your healing now in Jesus' name.
• Whatever hold of sickness on your life is completely destroyed in Jesus' name.

STEPS TO SALVATION
• Take notice of this:
IF you are yet to take the step of salvation, that is, yet to be born-again, do it now, tomorrow might be too late (2 Corinthians 6:1,2; Hebrews 3:7,8,15).
a. Acknowledge that you are a sinner and confess your Sins (1 John 1:9); And ask Jesus Christ to come into your life (Revelation 3:20).
b. Confess that you believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord, and that you confess it with your mouth, Thus, you accept Him As your Lord and Saviour (Romans 10:9,10).
c. As you took the steps A and B your name is written in the Book of Life (Philippians 4:3; Revelation 3:8).
