VENUS Y FÉNIX PART II

Fenix, after having been estranged for many years from her sister Venus, decided to set out on a journey to that castle regardless of the risk to which she would be subjected, a warning given by the wizard Maltus Duc Coll.
Accompanied by two of her warriors, she mounted her horse and galloped without looking back. On the way to the castle Vencalu, she listened to the voice of that nefarious sorcerer, repeating over and over again, that she should stay away from her sister, or else she would suffer great consequences.
She finally arrived at the castle and met Venus who, surprised, asked her why she wanted to risk the lives of both of them once again, when because of her powers they killed their parents and were separated.
By the time Fenix names the magician, he appears before them. They discuss what happened to their deceased parents, and at that moment they realize that everything has been a lie on the part of the magician, who had manipulated the situation and with it the memories of the two queens.
He built an invisible wall closing Fenix and Venus, so that no one else could observe them, only he had that power, and taking advantage of having them together, he decided to attack them to put an end to their lives, absorbing the powers of both.
Venus began to feel weak, as did Fenix, both confused by what was happening, neither lost sight of the magician, who had expressed the following...
-Pirates? Naive girls, there are no such bandits, my power reaches the unimaginable. Pretexts and more pretexts, I only need a little of those gifts, they were not born to make use of them.
Maltus Duc Coll had erected an invisible wall around the two queens, no one but him could see them. The two guards who accompanied the Fenix queen had remained outside the castle.
As for the guards of Queen Venus, they were not aware of the situation. So receiving help was completely impossible.
-Why didn't you get rid of us and our parents? You could have taken these powers away from us in seconds and avoided this scene, which I find pathetic," Fenix felt indignation, and with annoyance expressed.
-No way could I do it as you suggest! At the age they are now, I've made their power grow considerably and that's what I want, some of the intensity they possess," Maltus inflicted damage on the arms and legs of both queens.
No strength, suffering, and no guards to free them, was part of the malevolent wizard's plan.
At that instant, through Fenix's eyes a blazing fire could be seen. Venus discreetly beckoned him with her hands, trying to calm her sister.
-Free us and we will make a pact with you! Venus wanted to divert the magician's attention from her sister.
-I don't want a pact! I want to take your lives and believe me I will do it without causing you much harm," Malthus said.
He approached Venus, brought his hand to her face, and began his cruelty. She was consumed, crying and screaming, begging to be free.
Fenix witnessing the wizard's wickedness, looking him in the eyes, made him step aside and abandon his purpose with Venus.
-You want to play with me? You'll never learn, Fenix," he said, moving towards the queen and grabbing her by the neck.
She looked into his eyes, fire began to emanate from within her, Malthus' power seemed to make him invincible. Fenix was burning in flames, Venus was running out of oxygen, her fears invaded her.
The two queens lost their lives in front of the wizard, Venus was the first to be completely consumed, and Fenix then fell lifeless to the ground.
Malthus with his laughter that unleashed hell in the middle of that invisible wall he had raised, took his hand to his neck, the chain with a gem where he supposed to keep the powers of the two queens, had disappeared.
Desperately searching near the body of Venus, he gave him time for the fire of Fenix to turn her to ashes. He invoked by means of an incantation, so that a supernatural entity would appear.
But he could not, Fenix rose from the ashes, carrying the gem of Malthus, which he immediately incinerated with the fire of his hand.
The wizard died instantly, and she ran to her sister. Fenix closed her eyes, and listened to her inner voice, the one that had been there since Malthus grabbed her by the neck.
"You can make use of your power, and revive your sister, but it comes at a cost, a sacrifice that you must take into account. She will come back to life, and you, the ability you have gained will be weakened."
