Wanaa Laugh? Choice is yours!

Recently my wife bought new sandals from the mall and showed them to me and said, "How are they?"

My wife is addicted to wearing trendy high-heel shoes, and especially as her age is increasing, the centimeters of the sandals are also increasing.

I told her, "So please consider this, as a woman can wear high heels for a maximum of 1 hour depending on her age, and then she starts crying in pain. And my dear wife, as I know your age, you may not be able to tolerate these sandals even for 30 minutes."

I told her further, "And when I am talking about women, then it refers to the age group of 17 to 70 years."

She gave me a dirty look, and naturally I didn't mind that!

She said, "Once I get out of our car and go to a club or a function venue, then what difference does it make?"

I said, "We are going to a walking path at Acton Park, and I intend to walk at least 10 km."

So yesterday I was thinking whether to take her with me to Acton Park or not, and finally I decided no. I know four out of 10 women carry an extra pair of pumps because they know their shoes will rub, and this madam brought stiletto shoes, and I came to know about this only yesterday because until then I did not know that pencil heels are called stiletto.

I know that her feet start hurting within half an hour of wearing 3-4 inch heels, and the sandals she bought today are 5 inches, so I think she is not going to last more than half an hour in them.

I have a lot of experience with my wife because more than half the time she has come home barefoot and has left her sandals in the car. She has completely abandoned more than ten of her shoes because she cannot wear them for more than 20 minutes.

I remember one time we went to a party on a scooter, and she wore 5-inch heels, and twenty minutes later she borrowed a friend's pair of shoes that she always keeps in her car.

However, the lady was probably a bit determined because she said that the possibility of foot pain would not stop her from wearing killer heels, weird but true. So my respect to such women, but I am happy in my flats and thank God for making me a man.

The funny thing is that so many women suffer from such painful shoes but wear them in the name of fashion. It is ridiculous that so many of their night parties get ruined so quickly because of these shoes. If I am right, my wife suffers from uncomfortable high heels (read pencil heels) six times every year but does not hesitate to buy new platforms or high heels.

If you ask me, I would never suggest any woman wear such shoes for a long time, especially if she knows she is going for a long walk or a dance program. So yesterday my wife refused to go to Acton Park, and she rejected my suggestion to not wear shoes with heels more than 3 cm.

Now @weisser-rabe the choice is yours, whether you wanna laugh or give me a dirty look because you might be a high heel lover as well too!

Fun fact: the high heels were designed initially for the noble men. If I remember correctly, it was to avoid all the dirt on the streets (which, centuries ago, were much, much more disgusting than now). If most of the men already gave up with wearing them, perhaps it's time women also decide to change the fashion trends for their own good ;)

You are a wise girl 😄

I would wear them ;-))

There you go! No pain no gain! Besides they look really good.

I would recommend wearing them.

This is not relevant to me because I do not wear high heels.
One reason for that is that there is not a big difference in height between me and my husband. Another thing is that I am serious about my safety; I use flat high heels but not pencil ones.
However, it's your wife's style; let her choose for herself.

The difference of height is not the reason why women wear high heels. I have seen taller women wearing them just for the kick too.

No, to hit their husband. 😅

What can I say... I've always loved wearing them, the pencil-thin high heels. In the right context, of course; they would be out of place on a building site or in the woods. However, it was always important to me that they didn't cause pain, that they were comfortable, that they fitted the foot. They do exist! And then I wear them for hours on end and yes, I can even run for the bus in them... ;-))

I am using the keyword only and nothing else. I have no problem with what one eats or wears in their personal life. I wish you a nice time ahead.

This is a very nice piece, you are saying the truth.

A lot of us women are suffering from painful shoes 🤣🤣🤣

I am sure most women will agree with me!

Heels and ladies... a duo that should never be condemned. This is a matter of the heart. And believe me, we can repeat these mistake until the very end of our lives.

And, I want to apologize for a comment I made on one of your posts long ...loooong ago. Maybe you remember that or not, but it has been on my mind ever since. I realize that I made a kind hearted person feel bad, and I regret that. I admit I was wrong in my opinion, and that was pure ignorance

Sure, I know how ladies love their shoes and other items and take care of them. I have no problems of any shoes but high heels are certainly not for 10 km walk.

BTW, Mohtarma, mujhe nai yaad aap kis comment ke vaare zikra kar rahi hain aur me kabhi kisi online comment ko dil par nahi leta. Fir bhi agar aap chahen to mujhe us ka referene de sakti hain.

Me aapke liye Steemit par kaamyabi ki dua karta hun.

Actually, I don't remember what I exactly said... but the comment was about male dominance in the world. And yeah, I know it was of no importance, but I feel in debt. Your reply is a relief.
Thanks, and best wishes to you as well۔Hasde raho te vasde raho.

Jajaja. Me encantó tu análisis sobre el masoquismo femenino que nos condena a sufrir de calambres por usar tacones altos. Dígame yo que mido metro y medio; y esa ha sido mi estrategia para disimular que por poco soy enana, jajaja.

Don't try to hide your height rather be proud of what the almighty God has provided us. You will soon feel superior than your taller friends in my humble opinion.

Jajaja. Claro, si tengo los pies más cerca sobre la tierra que ellos, jajaja. El tema es chiste. Así que espero sacarte una sonrisa, jajaja.

Hehe, for me it's not a joke because with my 6'1, I am well above the ground haha. On a lighter note, I was too low on confidence when I was 14 because I was almost 5.8, and thin and being taller than my classmates I felt shy so I used to walk with my back bend forward.

Even God cannot stop women who are addicted to wearing high heels, but it is not that they wear them just to look tall. Actually high heels increase the confidence of women, and are the reason for their swaying, sexy gait. That is why God has given women special powers to walk on such "pencils".
If any man in this world is asked to do this, he will be found falling on the ground within 5 minutes. Hahaha.
I salute your wife and all those great women who walk on "pencils".
