Another Negril hotel closes
Sometimes, I hate being right. Unfortunately this is only the beginning —for the 2yrs (or more) many hotels will be closing doors and possibly many will go up for sale at bottom dollar prices, islandwide.
The local economy is getting a serious shock. Many companies will become insolvent so It’s best to have liquid funds ready to scoop up cheap assets. Cars, Bikes, Boats, Homes, Hotels, Resorts etc; soon all will be selling like it’s 2009 again.
I expect to see more articles like these as well as the classifieds sections filling up in the coming weeks.
