Broken glass jelly pudding is a desert that is not easily eating or widely known in my area or location. So it is something that children or even adults find it challenging to eat.

But I've done it before that was during engagement challenge it was my first time of doing it and it turns out well actually and this time around I saw myself doing it again but in a different perspective which is broken glass wish wish has to do with different colours.

Anyway, working with colours is beautiful when you do it accurately well. And also food colours do give some attraction and trigger some appetite which will make anybody that see a particular food to be eager to have a test of it.

There's, after going through the course outline I practically carry out the step-by-step preparation of jelly broken glass pudding and so I first of all went to the market to pick all the ingredients.

Somewhere actually expensive like the gelatin was really expensive so I bought one gelatin then bought colours because I did not find the colourful gelatin so I bought colours and form the different colours with the gelatin bought.

To begin let me show you how I practically carry this out.

Step 1; Preparing the coloured jelly and diced

In a clean bowl, I added the gelatin add added warm water then add different colours, stir it and turn it inside their different bowl and refrigerate it.

I brought out my colour gelly from the fridge then I got it into the pieces I diced it. It was here that I noticed that my green colour has really changed to a darker green very dark.

Step 2: Preparing the gelatin milk base

In another bowl I pulled my condensed milk into it

I added water then stir it well, I also poured the remaining gelatin where I kept for the mixing of the milk. I added and mix together.

Step3; Mixing it and chill

Finally, I poured the milk to the plate I want to do my pudding and then refrigerate it.

Broken glass jelly pudding is ready

Did you enjoy the taste of the Broken Glass Jelly Pudding you made? Or did you give it to someone else? Can you describe it?.

I was sad

Before I like reviewing any food, I first of all look at the health benefits of it then from this jelly, I found out that it is also a healthy desert because of the milk that is used to produce its.

The flavoured colours also have some vitamins added to it so having this at the back of my mind well eating it I found it very testy. It was actually creamy even though the green colour almost take over all the jelly and they all went upward but the taste was very nice.

It was actually creamy then because it is chilled it was so nice to eat as it is jelly, It was so soft and chilled, My baby likes it so much she told me that it is a candy because of how creamy it was.

Of course I shared it with my loved ones I shared it with my husband, his brother and my baby. They really enjoy the test of it but they actually told me it's for kids. Like I already said we don't do this often It is not widely known in my area so you hardly see it either in a bakery shop, supermarkets or anywhere.

Ok I want to talk about my experience while doing the jelly pudding, all the process was fine until when I bring out my pudding from the fridge.

I didn't really know where I didn't get it right but I stir it to be sure the colour gelly is mixed properly with the gelatin mixture, it was cold before I use it, the mixture wasn't too thick.

I guess it was because my power supply was interrupted so the gelatin was left in the fridge for some hours before it could refrigerate to be strong, so the pudding was disrupted and the jelly cubes float on top.

Well, that's part of my experience, is part of my learning journey.

Explain the specialty of Broken Glass Jelly Pudding.

Do it even look special? To me my answer is yes it's really looks special because it tests and texture can never be replaced or compared to any other desert. It's glassy appearance and the colourful cubes in a milk base really looks special.

Then talking about the texture, the taste and flavour I will say that it's also mixed the jelly pudding special. So as it is very chilled on the tongue it's refreshing the body especially when taken on a hot sunny day but unfortunately it was raining over and here just actually cold when I did it.

The taste was nice

In all I will say that it is very special and it is something we can always do at home for children and every other person. I guess next time while doing it I'll be very careful with my colour green because it really messed up everything for me.

Your broken glass jelly pudding turned out really nice. From your content, it is obvious that a lot of hard work and concentration were put in to achieve this. Well done and thank you for your detailed explanation!

Good luck!
