Hello friends, I am pleased to have you here on this post which I have shared about caramel pudding recipe. Caramel pudding is a nice recipe but not well-known in some parts of the world. In Nigeria, it is not commonly known by people as it is not a traditional recipe. Caramel pudding can be prepared using just three recipes, which is what I will be sharing with you in this post.

As I have earlier said, when preparing caramel pudding, you don't need many ingredients because it is just a simple recipe. In preparing my caramel pudding, I made use of the aforementioned ingredients below 👇.
Ingredients
- Fresh Milk
- Eggs 2
- Sugar (for custard and caramel sweetness)
Making Process
The Caramel
In a small stainless pan, I add sugar over medium heat and allow it to.
I allowed the sugar to melt before I added a little water to it and carefully swirled it until the sugar turned into a golden amber caramel.

- I immediately removed it and set it aside to let it harden (cool).

I break the eggs, put them inside the plate, and whisk them together with the milk and a bit of sugar into it.
I whisk it thoroughly until I find no lumps.

Since I didn't make use of the oven, I covered each of the ramekins with leather and placed them in a pot.
I add hot water around the ramekins, cover the pot, and allow it to cook.

Yes, I enjoyed the taste of the caramel pudding that I made, but the only problem that I had with the caramel pudding was that it wasn't as thick as I wanted it to be. Also, I think the quantity of sugar that I put inside the caramel pudding was much as I am not addicted to sugar intake. My problem is that I am not allergic to sugar, which is the reason I used a small quantity of sugar, and still, the caramel pudding became too sugar for me. However, I so much enjoyed it with my friend; it was his first time tasting caramel pudding.
My friend, with whom we both ate the caramel pudding 🍮, said he enjoyed it and liked the way that I prepared it. At the end of eating it, he was pleased with me preparing another caramel for him to take. Indeed, caramel pudding usually tastes too sweet because of the sugar and milk in it.
