**Step 1: Step 1: Getting the Ingredients
In the first picture you all are able to see the ingredients necessary to produce caramel pudding:

  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • Eggs

That is the primitive elements. The custard dilution will be done by the eggs, the milk will give it creaminess and the sugar will be used as a sweetener as well as caramelizing agent.

Step 2:

Then I emptied the sugar in the dry pan and proceeded to the caramelizing process where I leave the pan on the low heat and the natural action is to make the sugar melt gradually as I stirred it here and there.

And also when it changes to golden brown and thick syrup-like consistency, pour it carefully as you can see in the image.

Step 3.

And since the eggs are cracked and prepared:

Whisk up the eggs.
Add some sugar and milk to it.
Stir until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture settles in.
Do that by drizzling this custard mixture over the hardened caramel like you can see in images.

Then I steam this custard 30 to 45 minutes until it sets and I allow it to cool and put it in the refridgerator and turn it over on a plate.

Yes, it tasted, but the caramel pudding was quite sweet, creamy and smooth and the sugary candy neutralized the softness of the custard and was really high on the palate. I shared it with my friend and he claimed that I first tried to prepare it reasonably and he has not heard about caramel pudding this contest what it actually is and how it should look pudding was feathery nevertheless foxy. Frankly speaking I could certainly reproduce it on some special occasions or simple occasion as I was indulged by the football match.

Specialty of Caramel Pudding.

The peculiar thing about caramel pudding is that it is a melted texture food, creamy tasting stuff of caramel. The sweets are simple to cook but they are stylish enough to look and they are extremely rich. It is made up by sweet custardy base and moderate bitterness of caramel, which is the reason to be special and adored by many people.

4. List of Ingredient Prices.

Here are the estimates of prices of the ingredients used:

Eggs (2 ) 400 naira
Sugar 200 Nigerian naira
Milk ( liquid milk) 700 naira

Total Cost: 1300 Nigeria naira which is approximately 7 steem.
