"SLC-S25/W1 | Caramel Pudding"

Hello friends I hope you are great, today I am here to take part in another challenge "SLC-S25/W1 | Caramel Pudding".

Make the given recipe in detail with step by step pictures. Include your name tag with the date at the final presentation of the recipe. ⭐️(6 Mark )⭐️

The ingredients are as follows.

Ingredients

✔️ Fresh Milk 150ml
✔️ Eggs 3
✔️ Sugar 60g

• First I take boil and added 40 g sugar and let it melts till the colour change towards golden it was done in few seconds on low to medium flame, the aroma was awesome.

• In second step I take clean bowl added eggs and beat it well, I added remaining sugar and mixed it well. Then I started adding fresh milk and mixed it very well. Blending was required for homogeneous mixture.

• In next step I slow down the flame allowed it to done, it was looking good.

I poured the caramel and let it cool for while, it was just waooo, I liked it because after caramel it was just shining.

Yeah, I have made it for the very first time I truly liked it, moreover my family liked it too, it was good in taste.

They admired my sweet dish and I also send it to neighbours for good taste.

3 . Explain the specialty of caramel pudding. ⭐️(1 Mark )⭐️

I guess it was special in all way, healthy less used of sugar fresh milk make it highly favourite of my family. The addition of caramel was just specialty in my view because it's taste was awesome and presentation of dish was more enhanced.

4 . List the prices of the ingredients you used in making the recipe, one by one

Sugar	0.5 Steem

The total cost was 4.5 Steem approx.
