I Repaired The Broken Switch Of The DC Fan By Changing It.

Assalamu Alaikum everyone, I hope you are all well. Today I have come with a post related to electronics. There are many electronic devices in our homes that we know and do not know. Since we live in our own homes, I think it is important to have knowledge about electronics. A few days ago, the fan in my mother's room broke down. I observed this and saw that the fan did not turn on when I switched it on.

• This fan has a switch on the front which I tried several times but couldn't turn on. Also, I wasn't sure it would break so quickly. The switch might be stuck for some reason, so it won't turn on even after trying many times. Watch the video below.

• Now I understood correctly that the switch of this fan was broken so I have to repair it now. I collected some screwdrivers to open the screws of the fan. They come in different shapes, especially known as star and minus. I was opening the screws of the fan with the screwdriver. After opening the cover of the fan, I cleaned the inside thoroughly. Then I looked at the battery and saw that it was completely fine. However, I had to repair its switch so I opened the inner cover properly.

• The lid should be kept properly clean so that no dirt accumulates inside. Since I will be using a tip switch in it, I cut it properly according to the size of that switch. Although I used fire and knife to cut this plastic. I cut it evenly from top to bottom and on the sides so that a switch can be set.

• Now I have set this switch in the right place. To set it, use clean hands so that no water gets on your hands. Now let's connect the switch. Look carefully at the picture, there are two signals on the right side, basically you have to give lines to those two signals. There is no need to give any lines to the signal on the left side.

• Since you have an idea about the line connection of the switch, now you need to install the switch in the plastic. You have to set it very carefully from top to bottom so that the plastic on the left side does not break. You have to make sure that this side of the switch and the opposite side are not in the same place.

• Once the switch is installed, you need to connect the switch's line. Please note that I have connected the two signals on the far right side of this switch. Its line connection must be attached very tightly so that it does not break with a slight jolt.

• Once the wires are connected, now you need to install the box that your fan has. Because the fan repair connection has been completed correctly. After setting the fan box in the right place, I was installing screws in it with a screwdriver and made a video.

• So all the fan boxes are installed, now I need to check the fan. Is the new switch I installed in it working properly? Look at the fan and see if the fan was not spinning before I switched it on. The fan will not spin until I switch it on.

• Now let me show you a practical video of how my fan was automatically turning on after switching it on.
