Inverts
Today, I’ve been on my home pole messing around with some inverts - some more successfully than others. I think I’m about two months into my pole dancing journey now and I’m really feeling myself get stronger. When I first started I could barely lift my feet off the ground, my upper body strength and core strength has rly improved already , and now I’m able to hold up there for quite awhile to begin playing around with some shapes.
