How sweets are made?

Today I am trying to clearly explain to you how sweets are made. First of all, what is sweet? Actually, sweet is a thing or a food that is acceptable to everyone. And everyone likes to eat this sweet. Among the sweets, the most acceptable to everyone is rosogolla. Just hearing the name rosogolla makes you want to eat it and rosogolla is very popular with everyone. I am going to explain to you in a few steps how rosogolla is made.

The first ingredient to make the sweet is milk. First you have to collect the milk and heat it. After heating it for a while, add lemon juice or vinegar to it. After adding lemon juice or vinegar, you will see a kind of shape formed on the milk. In fact, this is the milk curd with which the sweet will be made. You can see that the curds are being made and the water is being squeezed out through a cotton cloth. In fact, the more water is squeezed out of the milk curd, that is, the drier the curd, the more beautiful the sweet will be. And here that matter has been highlighted through this photography.

When the water in the milk is completely squeezed out, then you have to knead the dough very nicely with your hands in this milk. The more you knead it, the better it will be. Then you have to cut the dough into small pieces and make it round with the palm of your hand. The more rounds you make, the sweeter it will be, that is, the sweetness depends on this roundness and the thicker you make it, the sweeter it will be. But one thing is, if you make it as thick as you make it, it will become twice as thick after it becomes sweet.

Just as pure milk and pure jaggery are needed to make a sweet, in order to make a good sweet at the end, you must make a beautiful vein. This vein is made with sugar, if you cannot make the vein properly, then the end of the sweet will not be good. If the vein in the rasgolla is thin, then the amount of sweetness that enters the sick throat will be very tasty, and if there is excess sugar, the sweet becomes more sticky and appears hard inside. And for this reason, if you want to make a beautiful and sweet sweet, the vein is definitely important. And here, but it is being made in that syrup and in Asia, those sweet jaggery will be poured and the sweet will be perfectly prepared.
