At a special moment when the blacksmith is working.
Assalamu Alaikum/Hello
Friends of my CCS Community.
I'm @tuhin002 from Bangladesh.
Every day I am trying to present something new to you. And in continuation of this, today I am going to show you how blacksmiths make sharp weapons for our daily needs. Sharp weapons include axes, knives, etc. I am trying to give you some brief details about how blacksmiths make these, I hope you like it. So let's start my blog today..

When the blacksmith makes a chisel, before making it, they make a coal fire. Hey, to make a fire, they give air and in contact with air or because of air, a kind of fire is created here. After the fire is made, the sharp and low-quality knives that remain are burned in the fire and made red. Burning means softening that iron, i.e. melting it. If you can't make it soft, you can't beat the iron and make it shut. That's why they have to melt it in a lot of fire and heat until that thing is soft, they are kept in the coal until it becomes soft. At one stage, when it becomes red and becomes soft, then its operation is started.
When the weapons are very hot and red hot and they become soft, they are beaten with hammers and straightened and the weapon that you are making can be made. Then you have to put it in this fire again for a while until you have completely completed your weapon and the structure of that weapon is made on the back of the hammers. Through this picture you can understand how it can be beaten and straightened. And this is how the blacksmiths make different types of conceptual weapons.
After that, when those daily necessary weapons are made, they are sharpened again with sand. The blackness that is left by burning is removed by sharpening the weapon. The things that are made of iron and steel are very good and strong. Not only this, but they are also much ahead in terms of sharpness. Nowadays, these knives that people make for cutting meat are made in a very terrible way. If they are not made well and are not sharpened well, then they will become dull, that is, they will be quite a problem for sale. And this is why they also keep them shiny at the end. Until today, I will meet you again with something in the future, may Allah preserve us.
