Gourd cultivation method in my hobby vegetable garden
Hello friends
How are you all? I hope you are all doing very well by the grace of God. I am also doing very well by your prayers. I am going to start today's new post by greeting and congratulating all the brothers and sisters of 'ccs' on my behalf. Today I am here to present to you how I cultivated gourd in my hobby vegetable garden. By reading this post and looking at the photography, you will know how hard I worked in my vegetable garden and how the gourd turned out. So friends, let's start with the description in detail.
In my vegetable garden, there are any vegetables all year round. You can see that I have prepared soil in several places in my garden with compost fertilizer. In our regional language, the place where these places are prepared is called thana. You can see that there were vegetable plants in certain thana earlier. Those vegetables were rice and pumpkin plants. Every year, I prepare thana in certain places, that is, I prepare soil and plant seeds. Anyway, I prepared the soil very nicely with a spade. Then I mixed compost fertilizer in it. Because the pumpkin plants here are about to be destroyed. So now I have to plant gourd seeds there.
I have saved quite a few gourd seeds. Now I let them soak in a specific container. We know that it takes 15-20 days for a gourd seed to sprout. So if you soak it in water for a day and a night in a specific container, then if you drain the water and put the seeds in the container while they are still wet, there is a possibility that the seeds will sprout quickly. Anyway, I did exactly what I learned from the people in the village.
Then, during the day, I took the gourd seeds to the vegetable garden by the pond. After arriving at the vegetable garden, I thoroughly loosened the soil in the designated seed planting areas with a spade. In this way, I prepared the soil in each area very well for the second time. I tried to ensure that there were no weed roots in the soil.
Then I put my desired submersible pump in the pond water. Then I fixed the powder battery connection. First of all, it is good to say that the battery is 12 volts. The submersible pump is also 12 volts. If you want to see this pump, you can definitely see it online. This pump is not very popular here, but I have been saving it for vegetable cultivation for many years. Today, for about three or four years, I have been cultivating vegetables with the help of this submersible pump. Then, before planting the seeds underground, I filled each hole with water using a submersible pump. Then, I divided the seeds into each hole. About ten seeds were planted in each hole.
After some time, I noticed that gourd seedlings started to emerge in a particular police station. Not only gourd seedlings, but also weeds started to grow. I would visit my vegetable garden from time to time and keep controlling those weeds. However, one thing was that not all the seeds I planted grew into trees. Maybe many of the seeds were bad. However, I was satisfied with the number of trees that emerged in each police station.
After the seedlings emerged, my responsibilities increased. I used to go to the field to weed and water the plants with the help of a submersible pump. Seeds were planted in many places. So I used to water the plants with the help of a submersible pump to keep them alive. Then I used to apply urea fertilizer to the roots of the plants. After a while, my vegetable plants grew. The rice and pumpkin plants next to them were destroyed day by day, and the gourd plants kept growing.
Thus, at one time, my gourd trees started producing a large number of gourds. Not only for our own consumption, but also to meet our own needs, I was able to distribute gourds from this tree to my relatives and friends. And thus, I cultivated fresh formalin-free gourds in my vegetable garden. Soon, I am going to start a new project like this again in our vegetable garden. I hope to present a beautiful blog to you to encourage you.
