Wangxian Valley, Shangrao, Jiangxi: A World of Immortals and Heroes

Having witnessed numerous ancient towns and villages, I typically associate any mention of "ancient town" with a predictable and uniform scene.
However, even before entering the scenic area, I was struck speechless by this cliffside dreamscape nestled in Jiangxi province.
Pavilions and towers, precipitous waterfalls – is this not the fantastical world of immortals and heroes that appears only in television dramas and video games?
The excitement of entering the scenic area, as if the dimensional barrier has been shattered, is beyond words.
This ancient town, built against the mountain and alongside the water, began as a secluded mountain village, yet it has been transformed into a self-contained vista that retains the charm of Chinese landscapes.
