Discovered en route from Da Qaidam to the Qarhan Salt Lake, it lies conveniently adjacent to the national highway. The Qarhan Salt Lake has undeniably diminished from its former splendor, with many of its salt crystals having dissipated. If faced with a choice between Emerald Lake and the Qarhan Salt Lake, I would wholeheartedly recommend the former. However, should your journey lead you to the Qarhan Salt Lake, be sure not to overlook this petite sulfurous gem.
