This publication will tell you about our town's oldest school. Janangkur Pilot Model High School is a school in Bangladesh's sub-district Parbatipur and district Dinajpur. This school was built in 1925, a long time before the independence of Bangladesh.

In 2011, I graduated from this high school with my secondary education. Therefore, it will always be a special educational instititution throughout my academic career. I have many fond memories of the school campus. My elder brother also finished his secondary education at this school. This oldest high school had an excellent academic reputation. Every year, a large number of talented students complete their education here and go on to pursue higher education at reputable colleges and universities.

A few experienced teachers are working tirelessly to educate our twon's students year after year and use regular instruction to help them get to the right place in life. The school has both science and arts faculty. I studied at science. Though we did not receive much special education in practical science here, the school's practical science facilities may have improved significantly by now. Because after we passed, the infrastructure here has been developed.

The old buildings are renovated and they looks great now. Previously, the school looked like a ruined mansion, which was not an ideal learning environment. However, the appearance of the school has changed significantly following the construction of the new building and the renovation of the old buildings.

There is a large school field of this high school. But school field is located a bit far from the school. Every high school typically has a field in front of the campus, but this one is a few minutes away from the school. I think it is a good idea to have a school field a little farther away from the school. That is why the environment of this school is always excellent for providing education. Because there are some old plants on the school grounds that always cast shadows, the natural setting of the school is also lovely.
