Grateful

It feels good when people remember your special day. My husband and I just turned 4 years as a married couple. We decided not to celebrate with others, because we just wanted things to be practical. Hence, we ate outside just the two of us.

Our friends came to our town to do something, and they stopped by to prepare some papers. They surprised us as they bought anniversary cake for us. My husband and I decided to cook pansit and others so we have something to eat for lunch.

Yes, it's a simple gesture but the thought matters most, and that's why we're so grateful.
