Sour Keu Eung Tuna Fish Sauce I Cooked This Morning

in CCS25 days ago

Hello CCS friends.

This morning I cooked sour sauce keu eung tuna. Tuna with sour sauce keu'eung, it tastes very delicious, that's why I'm excited to cook it. This typical Acehnese dish is famous for its spicy and sour taste, perfect to be eaten with warm rice. Natural spices such as sunti acid, cayenne pepper, and other spices provide a distinctive aroma and strong taste.
1746290290816.jpgThe simple but meticulous cooking process makes this dish one of many people's favorites. There is no special recipe that I use during the cooking process, I just cook it with love and follow the Acehnese culinary tradition that has existed for a long time in my area of Aceh. The addition of temurai leaves, shallots, and pandan leaves will provide a more fragrant and complex aroma to the sour sauce keu'eung that I cook.

Shallots provide a sweet taste and strong aroma, while pandan leaves add a fresh, fragrant aroma. With the addition of these ingredients, my sour keu'eung soup will definitely be even more delicious and tasty.

Adding white chili when the soup is half cooked will give a strong spicy taste and a distinctive aroma. White chili has a more intense spicy taste compared to other chilies, so it can add depth to the taste of the sour keu'eung soup that I made this morning.
1746290355672.jpgBy adding the white chili at the right time, I can control the level of spiciness that I want and make the spiciness more absorbed into the soup. Moreover, I am someone who likes spicy food. The combination of sour keu'eung sauce of tuna with fried salted fish and warm rice is perfect and very delicious.
1746290525696.jpgThat's why I always fry salted fish to eat with sour keu eung soup and warm rice. Fried salted fish has a savory taste and a crunchy texture, so it is very suitable to be combined with spicy and sour sour keu'eung soup. Warm rice is also very suitable for absorbing the sauce and enjoying the taste of fried salted fish. I have prepared fried salted fish beforehand, because I have planned a very special meal this morning.

So guys, that's my menu for this morning, which is sour sauce keu eung made from tuna fish typical of my area Aceh. Hopefully it can be an inspiration for friends who see my post. See you again, thank you for your attention and support.
