These are made without ghee or oil, so they are very suitable for weight loss.After boiling the rice, the water is drained off. That water is very beneficial for human skin and hair. Rice is boiled without salt, which is very beneficial for blood pressure patients.
The presence of carbohydrates provides energy to the body and eliminates fatigue throughout the day. Boiled rice does not put much strain on the stomach, so it is the best food for patients and children. There is nothing in boiled rice that can trigger allergies, so sensitive people can eat it without fear.
