Chicken kahari is a famous Pakistani dish. This is a spicy dish prepared with chicken spices and sometimes yogurt. This is a tasty dish. It has many nutritional benefits if consumed in moderation. Chicken is rich in protein. Protein strengthens muscles and also removes physical weakness. Chicken curry is prepared with a very simple spice, which is very beneficial for health. If it is fried or prepared without fat, it can also be good for the heart.
Chicken is also rich in vitamins, which is very beneficial for mental health. It is also very good for sleep. B6 and B12 present in chicken are very important in making blood. It is a favorite of adults as well as children. It is specially made for children with less spices and less oil, which children eat with great enthusiasm.
