Every day, we become exhausted and worn out in the busyness of mechanical life. Work, study, social pressure—all of this combined, there is no place for a piece of peace anywhere in life. However, when we are close to nature, our mind becomes lighter. Nature is one of the sources of peace in our lives. The green leaves of trees, the chirping of birds, the sound of the gurgling river—all of this combined, nature soothes the boredom within us.

When the first rays of the morning sun fall on our skin, it feels like we are getting inspiration to start anew. A rainy afternoon or a silent night with a bright sun, these forms of nature are very dear to our lives. Many people may have noticed that when we are mentally tired or frustrated, spending some time in the pure and pristine environment of nature starts to feel a lot better. This is not just a mental matter, science says that being close to nature also has a good effect on our body. Blood pressure is under control, the mind is in a good state, and sleep is better.

We don't need to do much to connect with nature. Planting trees on our roofs, or occasionally going out of the city and spending some time in nature—all of these are enough. If we can make a little space for nature in our daily lives, our mental stress will be greatly reduced.

However, it is not enough to just benefit from nature, our responsibility is to protect nature. Cutting down trees, polluting rivers, and deforestation—these are destroying nature. If we want to leave a habitable world for future generations, we have to take care of nature.

After all, nature is not just beauty, it is an integral part of our mental and physical well-being. The deeper our relationship with nature, the more joyful and peaceful our lives will be.
