Afternoon is a magical junction between the end of the day and the beginning of the night. The twilight afternoon we see is absolutely unique, and gives us a heavenly feeling. As beautiful as the late afternoon is, there is also a kind of light sadness associated with it.
Afternoons mean getting a little lost in the fatigue of the day, looking back a little, and floating around with some messy emotions.
