Player Level Progression Not Increasing After Battles

At first, when I played this game last week, I thought it was my network, but today, when I played the game again, I noticed my level didn't update. I usually talk about my progress, which to date, I am in level 7. Despite playing about three times, my Level 7 didn't cross over to Level 8. What might be the issue I didn't know other than writing to the gammy term.

I am experiencing an issue with Hari raid where my player level doesn't increase despite my actively participating in battles, defeating enemies, and using features like Attack and Summon to fight. This is not the first time I am experiencing this, which at first I thought was my network, and the second time I just played the game to show my friend, but today, when I played, I noticed all this while my level isn't progressing.

The above screenshot shows that I played the game, but my level didn't increase. Please, dear Hari, raid support team, help me and investigate this issue so I can know where the problem is coming from, and let me know if there are any recommended steps that I should follow to fix this issue on my end here.
