At times being soft spoken is important especially in a high tension situation. Even we're already angry in the inside, our patience help to maintain our cool and calmness. It's not always easy, but it's the better way. While at times, strong and striking words are needed to improve the situation.

It was a beautiful dusk as I walk back home from Capitol Grounds after my walking exercise.
