I photographed this ornamental plant this afternoon in my friend's yard. Seeing it grow so beautifully, I was captivated. Its striking colors made me want to take a photo of it with my phone camera.

Have you tried using Google Lens? This service helps you identify similar plants and often gets you closer to the name. I used it and it gave me several possibilities.
I think I identified it using it, but the names vary from country to country.
