Hello friends of this community!

I am very happy to participate in this new format in this community, I think it is a beautiful thing and I find myself very in tune with what I normally do in my social networks, that is, to discover new places, a great thing to connect people from all over the world and give everyone the opportunity to discover new places.

These murals were created on the external walls of a school to make it even more beautiful and welcoming

Today, I wanted to share with you my walk that I took just yesterday, a path that is usual for me, but in my opinion very beautiful to do, but above all what I like about this place is the fact that they managed to create in this town that is located in the province of Vicenza, immersed in the Berici hills, these hills that I have often talked about in my walks, fortunately still uncontaminated places here in Italy.

They managed to make the urban art of the murals, which you see in some photos that I shared here, dialogue with the surrounding nature, and I always like to stop when I come to walk here to admire these works of art that can be admired by everyone who passes by this place.
On a naturalistic level, this area of Italy, let's say has remained preserved over time, and here there is a very important biodiversity because here near this starting point of my walk there is a beautiful lake that has remained quite natural and is millions of years old.

I actually never understood if it was a castle every time I passed by. It has always fascinated me as an architectural construction.

The time of year to do this route in my opinion is spring, where you can admire the awakening of nature, but you can also walk the route in peace because the temperatures are good and not too hot, walking this place in summer is really difficult due to the fact that not much air passes here.

And then, here there is always something that is also part of historical art, which can be an ancient bridge, but also a villa that arose from the ashes of an ancient castle, so if you come to walk in these parts or if you come to explore these places for the first time, you will be able to notice this contemporary, historical art and nature dialogue with each other.

By the way, I think you can take some beautiful photos from this place when there is a bit more sun.

In fact, in the last photos I wanted to share the Fimon lake, which is located just a few kilometers from Torri di Arcugnano, certainly a very interesting point to end your walk.

✅ Location info: I leave you the gps coordinates of the starting point: 45°29'42.6"N 11°33'14.6"E
