Dugouts in Filinskaya

The village of Filinskaya is located in the Syamzhensky district of the Vologda region. This place with dugouts is on my list of places that I was going to visit in the near future. But I visited ahead of schedule and not exactly the way I wanted to...

As often happens, I stop by some places with cellars on the way as a scout to make sure they are there and whether it is worth visiting this place at all.

But sometimes you don't need to do this, because then all the excitement disappears.

Would I want to come here at night? Hardly anymore...

If I just go to Syamzha itself and stop by Filinskaya on the way back.

The dugout town here is small, but worthy of attention. I usually go to places like this without thinking.

Of course, the whole atmosphere of the place is killed by daylight. No mysticism or magic.

This place has been stealing my attention since last fall.

I probably wouldn't have come here for nothing if my colleagues hadn't asked me to show them the dugouts.

We can say that it was an excursion.

And by the way, it turned out pretty well – the cellars turned out to be an interesting and unusual object for portrait photography.

I'll have to try again! But then won't I kill this whole world around the dugouts that is created inside me?
