Diary Game ||23-08-2025| How I Spent My Day On A Trip To Afikpo

It has been a long day but an exciting traveling day to me. I started early preparing around 4.00 am as I had booked my ticket on the 21 st already, and this was the day of the 23 rd when I was traveling on a trip toafikpo town, Utako, Abuja. A friend took me to the GUO Transport park, one of the best and most reliable transporting companies in Africa.

I got to the park by 6:00 am, though I was to be boarded at 7:00 am. First thing I did, not to be late, was to book my trip. My ticket was printed out and I was directed to wait to have the boarding time. Already other travelers were preparing to set out in the park, and it was beginning to be a busy place.

At last the call was given on my bus. I went up where it was standing, ready to go home. Once everyone was on board and seated satisfactorily, a man got up and offered prayer--a general practice that always gives me a sense of security on long distance travel. So it was a blessing to be on the road with God by your side before the bus left the park.

So with that, the journey got under way out of Abuja and on to Afikpo. I had many kilometers ahead of me, and I was excited and thankful that the preparations and departure came out smoothly.

And so also it was the 12 hours that went in commuting to our destination was not funny I was so tired even now just that I want to share on how my journey was.
