We are now in the middle of hot and humid months but it is still beneficial for me
It is quite a sauna week which is happening right now because the heat and humidity is so high and I bet that in the coming days the weather bureau will report record-breaking hear in some parts of my country. The heat often times are recorded in the valley up north from my province because it is surrounded by mountains and it traps the heat because it is like a vessel where the wind cannot escape and contained in that part of the main island.
However there are other parts not in the main island that records high heat index. The heat index means that you feel hotter than what is said in the temperatures. Right now we are in the middle of extreme heat which is why I would arrive to the dialysis center with less than two kilos of fluid weight gain considering that I had drank a lot of water.
It is the advantage of having this extreme heat situation as it gives me more liberty in consuming fluids but I feel like I am in front of the back side of A/C system because my electric fan although it is blowing hard towards me, I will still perspire and it is impossible to get some better relief if I will only use a regular electric fan because of the heat coupled with high humidity.
My skin would perspire if it gets into contact with my own skin or any object. The high wind from the electric fan will help to blow the moisture off and cools me somewhat and this is 24/7, no wonder that I would arrive to be still light because of the extensive perspiration of my skin.
There are no space here outside of my house where I can hang around because if I would go there, the caged dog will just pester me considering that there are no comfortable space where I can lay my back over there and still suffer from the heat of the day and night. No I can't sleep outside during the night because the mosquitoes will eat my blood plus of course there are feral cats that might cuddle with me if not bite me too plus that stench of my sister's caged dog is a nope for me to stay there.
The other space is located in the garage area where the other dog is and it barks if people call from the gate especially when there is a delivery. It is not a good space to relax into for the reason that again it is an ugly space, it is hot, and then its front was the busy road.
So the only option for me to improve my living space is to have an A/C room and almost closed from the outside world because again, we are beside the road and it is noisy all day until deep in the night. I can't also just relocate and live elsewhere because it requires a lot of money and I also don't think that my parents would like to live into another place even if it will be convenient for me in the long run because I would like to live nearer to my dialysis center.

Did you ever ask your parents if they like to live in a different place, somewhere where it's more silent, also easier for them? Not only the hospital nearby (they might need it one day) but also some shops and a nice area to go for a walk? That is as far as nice areas still exist.
How come your photos are that blue? Is this reality, your camera or did you photoshop them?

I haven't asked my parents if they want to live in other place but I don't want to discuss it since there is to enough money to do it anyway.
But I needed a more quieter place to stay because it is noisy here in my home plus there is no place outside the house where I can sit around.
I use my camera phone's "Blue" filter which is why the sky's color is enhanced. Sorry about the long scroll, Ill halve the phots next time and upload five or less photos from now on. 😀
