The car is not yet fixed so we have to use our Barrio's free ambulance service again
My father went to me to tell me that the noise which we are hearing after the installation of the timings belt and the camshaft/crankshaft oil seal plus the water pump was the dead spark plug. At first he told me that it was the water pump so I bought that part online and thankfully it got delivered quickly since the store was in our province near our town.
Now my father said that the spark plug was the reason that he is hearing noises as they test-driven it after the installation of the said parts. Now I am worried that other parts will be needed to be replaced although I know that the carburetor and the suspension system of the car is needing replacement as well. Now he is talking about something about the radiator and I know if decides to have some parts for it to be replaced, it is another cost that I have to shoulder because I don't think anyone can give us money to have this car go right back-up but me.
I am already expecting these things to happen especially parts that should not need to be replaced to be replaced and it is my concern and make the car as cash pit for burning considering that it is useless when there is flooding in the streets which will put my mother into the trouble of coordinating to the barrio officer that schedules the ambulance for us to use it at a particular date and time.
There is no issue about using the free ambulance, but if it happens that it is not free because another patient used it before my schedule time, then I will have to bother other people like my brother who has work and is not free all the time to make him pick me up to and from the dialysis center. If he will not be available for some reason or another, then I can also contact the officer appointed in my church locale and pass them the burden of my trouble with regards to my important transportation needs to receive my dialysis treatment.
I am still thankful that I have a couple of transportation options and then it also makes me realize how difficult it will be for my life if one or both of my parents are no longer around because I am quite dependent of them even with their mere presence gives me comfort because of the extended time that I had been with them particularly with my mother which has extra abilities to do stuff like talking to people and accomplishing many tasks which I will so dearly miss if she will not be around anymore but I trust God that he will not make my life let to bask in misery as I had so much enough more than the times I spent here in this world.

My dear friend, there's a time for everything and the same counts for solutions. Some we can prepare ourselves for and it's a good thing if you can.
Like you I am worried your dead will replace part by part and I wonder if there's not anyone else with knowledge who can say what needs to be repaired first. I would say the radiator. If you call the ambulance for transport in advance I assume it's no problem or? Please, stop saying you bother other people. Say: I am allowed to bother them and I will (or say that I told you to say that).

My father insists that he will repair the car rather than being repaired by somebody else, he is a mechanic and it will save us money if he does the repairs or replacement of parts.
So far the recent repairs is enough to make the car run and my father isn't talking about the radiator anymore so its good now thanks be to God.
Yes there is no problem for using the ambulance and I guess that I just have to ask for help if I needed although I really don't want other people around me to share my inconveniences.

I have no plans for driving a car nor my parents will let me drive alone even if I can and have a driver's license because of my physical condition but it is possible for me maybe to drive an e-vehicle like one of the patients does if things go south for me.

You don't need a license for such a vehicle?
It might be a relief and give you peace of mind if you know you can drive yourself.
With us cars are changed to make this possible. There are also where you can drive in with the wheelchair from the back to the front steer wheel. Have a look at what is possible if needed in the future.

There are e-vehicles which I can buy which for all I know doesn't require the driver to have a driver's license and they are available here.
It is one of my frustration in life not to be able to drive a motor vehicle because of what happened to my bones especially for my overall body strength where I just grew weaker as years pass-by. So pushing that pedal or squeezing that clutch is a thing which will make driving far harder than I expect it to be.

There's no need to push or use the clutch... with us those in a wheelchair drive too. There are options, the do it with a button and something attached to the steering wheel. We can ask Elon Musk if he has a comfortable vehicle for you.
