Strawberry jam as my favorite sandwich spread which is my part of my breakfast that I always get


You know if there will be no strawberry jam I will have a Mayonnaise as my bread spread or filling and now I am really bored of its taste so I would order strawberry jam and be contented with it. Maybe I can ask my mother to make me at least an egg salad sandwich but mother doesn't know how to fix it nor I wanted to do it myself. So I end up with either having a Strawberry sandwich or if it is all consumed, the Mayonnaise sandwich.
It is my usual breakfast coupled with plain rice gruel and a piece of egg white. This meal would not be that nutritious if I will not take my Moringa capsules, 9 capsules of them plus my Ketoanalogues tablet which is my Amino acid supplement. I only take at least three tablets per day but usually I take four tablets, two in the morning and two in my second and final meal of the day.
The reason for it is so that my every meal would get nutritious and help me build my resistance, I just hope that I get enough vitamin C from the moringa powder capsules because I am not using vitamin C tablet any longer as it makes my blood acidic and it causes symptoms of high altitude sickness which actually made my life hard during the course of me taking it for more than two decades.
If I will get a stuffed nose due to less resistance to the cold virus, I think I will reconsider taking it but in small dose, enough for the sodium bicarbonate that I am taking to neutralize although the type of vitamin C that I will take was the non-acidic Calcium ascorbate although I think it also makes me feel bad because it comes in a thousand milligram per capsule. So I will have to use one capsule in divided doses just to avoid overdosing with it and avoid the aforementioned symptoms.
I haven't had a cold or stuffed nose ever since I regularly use vitamin C which is the third reason I used it everyday. First I only take half of the 500 mg tablet until I take it at least every meal until I was able to buy the 1,000 mg Kirkland brand in my hope that it had a curative effect. But since I develop acidosis without knowing it and I am kicking my butt now because of it, I have stop and hope now that the antioxidant content of Moringa powder will replace its benefits in that regard.
I hope that soon my bone health will improve, now that I eliminated acidosis in my system I might get better God-willing as months passes-by and do some useful things around the house like cooking which I was doing before I went semi-bed-ridden. In those years even though I lack the appetite to eat, at least I can enjoy the taste of the food because I was the one cooking. Sometimes I get surprised with the taste because its more palatable compared to the cooking of my mother which in fact I learned from. But since I have a less sense to the taste of the food, a normal person with a normal appetite really appreciates it because my family says it.
I don't know if I will consider using the vitamin specifically formulated for dialysis patient plus that appetite enhancer that they also prescribe. Both are quite expensive plus the appetite enhancer makes me feel drowsy all the time, not good if I would be writing or if I wanted to stay up for something. I do not want to be drowsy all the time nor I am willing ti use an expensive appetite booster although I might buy one with a different brand which is available to purchase via online.
But for now at least I am not nauseated anymore and it helps a lot for helping me eat unlike before where I want to throw-up because I feel toxic inside not knowing that the acidosis was causing it but now I am glad that it is all over and I can eat much better. Now my goal is to enhance my appetite so that even if the food doesn't taste good, I can still enjoy eating it like a honey in my mouth.

So... what does the marmalade look like? I mean the inside or spread on your bread?
Egg salad is not difficult.
It's basically mayonnaise with pieces of egg and you can add something else (small pieces of vegetables like: carrot, pepper, pickle, cucumber, peas.. that's basically it. Sometimes small parts of boiled potato or pieces of meat (some make it with salmon). You could also put mayonnaise on two sandwiches and put the egg and whatever you like between the two sandwiches but it will taste different because if it's a salad it's usually made the day before for a better taste but it's not necessary. It depends on the mayonnaise if people add: mustard, pepper.
