My left eye sunk after my dialysis session. This is after I already drank some water too. Phot taken from video.

I'm actually handsome without the mask.

My left arm is wrapped with this fuzzy arm warmer, as well as my right arm which is under my fuzzy blanket. My legs are wrapped as well with longer fuzzy warmers, works as warm scarf too.

I am in a dilemma about targeting my dry weight and not targeting it because of dehydration. However if I would not target it then I will have less room in my body to load fluids and it makes me develop edema. But what is bad about fluid retention is that it makes the heart get more load in pumping blood because of the extra volume it has to move around when the blood is saturated with extra fluids.

That is what I am trying to avoid so that my heart will not grow big and give me heart issues and subsequently, early death. Now I do not want to due yet because like any other people, I still have my own ambitions since I have a lot of possibility to achieve it not to mention God being on my side all the time because of what happened to my life despite of these negatively epic challenges that I faced and then conquering it where the impossible happened which I was not expecting and then with the help of the Lord God, I managed to control some of it if not successfully achieving something out of the ordinary.

Anyway, I will have to adjust again my dry weight because I am already having signs of dehydration because as you can see in the photo, my left eye just sunk to its socket even though after my dialysis treatment I didn't experience the crashing of my blood pressure. My blood pressure either will crash or it won't regardless of how much fluid is withdrawn from my blood although too much fluid removal really will crash it like what happens sometimes but I guess it is always happening now that I gained weight in terms of real mass and not via fluid.

Now I already have a simple sandwich that I plan to eat at dialysis today while I am hooked-up, I will also drink some brewed coffee with it but not warm or cold, just right because I do not want to sit and drink some hot coffee because it will be too inconvenient for me and then I also do not want to drink cold coffee too because it gets cold inside the dialysis center.

So my mother just prepared an already warm brewed coffee inside a plastic bottle and placed it on the side pouch of my bag so that I can easily retrieve it after eating my strawberry sandwich. Although I do not want to eat at the dialysis treatment room, my aim is to make my blood pressure not to crash because any crash will make the nurses flush I.V. solution in my system to speedily correct my blood pressure which is important otherwise I will basically die. It is scary when my blood pressure would crash because I always thought that it will be my end, thankfully my blood pressure recovers fast as soon as the treatment gets terminated and the nurses already infused sodium solution water in my body. Then I will feel OK again as if nothing had happened.

The addition of I.V. fluid (Sodium solution) will subsequently reduce my fluid allowance in between my session because I will not be able to get rid of extra fluids that had accumulated from the last session and that is great issue for me because I am restricted to be withdrawn with a lot of fluid compared to the other patients which can be removed with three and a half to four liters of water. That is why I always wanted to take off what I had loaded up because it is just hard to have extra water in the body for the reason aforementioned, i.e., heart complications and the general feeling of being full and breathing issues. I am also a water magnet after each session for the reason that my sodium setting in the dialysis machine is high and it makes me so thirsty. This is the main reason that I can't totally control my fluid intake and ask for a relatively high fluid removal and it peeves me to endure the situation because they would say to us to avoid eating salty foods and yet they are the main factor in putting salt in our bodies so much so that we fell so thirsty as if I ate a lot of chips!
