I felt much better while on dialysis now because of a normal heart beat and pressure
Today I targeted a higher dry weight compared to what I am trying to goal with which is why I didn't suffer any blood pressure crashes. However it is not the main reason I suppose because my breathing is much easier now and I no longer feel that my body's oxygen levels is low. I am sure that it is due to the fact that my heart is beating normally unlike for many decades that it has been beating fast and making my blood pressure lower than my body's cells needed.
The result is a proper oxygenation of my body without me struggling to breathe even if I am not being on dialysis treatment. So my breathing now is normal and I wasn't expecting this good condition until I felt it after my intake of sodium bicarbonate which fixed a lot of wrongs in my body.
At dialysis If I happen to be away from the nurses not my chair is not being disturbed by the loose tiles when they pass on it to go out the door which my chair is near, I could be able to sleep. It is because I am more comfortable now than ever before as I am not struggling anymore with my breathing and it provides me with a much better well-being that I never experienced for more than a decade.
One thing that I am happy about is that my intake of sodium bicarbonate didn't elevated my blood pressure which is a great news for me. It is because in that way I will not have any problem about hypertension, I will just keep in mind not to consume salty foods because it will contribute to elevate my blood pressure into a dangerous levels and that is not a good thing if you are wanting to prolong your life within your means.
It's a great thing that happened today, I finished-off my dialysis treatment without feeling any bad complications nor a hint of it. I would like to have the machine to clean my blood better but maybe in the future I could ask for at least a faster blood pump to add some more cleaning factor because the more blood would flow to the dialyzer, the more blood would get cleaned although my senior nurse is not believing that to be completely true to my surprise.
Again, with these positive changes in the chemistry or balance within my body, I will be looking at a better future for my overall health because I was able to eliminate the cause of my longstanding torture which gave me a lot of trouble during this course of being a chronic dialysis patient and I am never more happier in my life because of it.

It's amazing how you seem to have every few days found a new solution to something you suffer from longer. Since the head nurse did listen to you if it comes to the sodium I am optimistic that she will once the dialysis continues without any side effects.
I take my head of for you and I hope the good mood remains and in short there will be more good news which will also come with a better nightrest. Twenty years of bad sleep isn't nothing and you will not easily catch up.

I thank God for this "relief at last" event in my life @wakeupkitty, it is not only I solved these many conditions which gave me a hellish torturous existence, it made me feel better while getting dialyzed due to maybe that I can breathe normally again without feeling that I am always lacking in oxygen, it is a wish come true. 😌
