White rice and stew, fried plantain, egg and chicken
This meal is as beautiful as it tasted. Though I would have loved to have a hand in it, my aunty had already prepared most of it and kept it frozen. I did, however, fry the plantain. I don't know of anyone who has kept that frozen. It is best eaten, hot and fresh.
