It had been many months since I last had a moment to truly take care of myself. Yesterday, during a calm late morning, I decided to drive to a sauna to relax my body and mind. The journey from my home to Island Herbal Sauna was pleasantly short, making it an easy decision for a spontaneous visit. 🚗🌿

Located not too far away, Island Herbal Sauna is a cozy place offering herbal sauna treatments and relaxing massages. I have visited several times before, and every experience has left me feeling incredibly satisfied — not only with the service but also with the natural, peaceful atmosphere they provide. ✨

After parking my car, I walked over to the reception counter to let them know that I wished to use the herbal sauna. Aside from the sauna, they also offer various types of massages for customers to choose from. 🧖‍♀️🌿

For my visit, I chose to enjoy only the sauna experience. The price was incredibly affordable — just 170 baht with no time limit! Along with the session, they provided a basket, a traditional Thai wrap (called a "pa-thung") for the sauna, a towel, and a bottle of drinking water. 💧🧺

After making the payment, one of the staff members led me towards the back area where the sauna facilities are located. The path along the way was lined with lush ornamental plants, creating a wonderfully shaded and refreshing atmosphere. 🌿🌸

I also noticed that there were several massage rooms prepared to accommodate tour groups or larger parties, blending perfectly into the natural surroundings. 🛖✨

Here, I arrived at the shower and changing rooms. The area was simple but clean, fitting perfectly with the cozy atmosphere of the place. 🚿🌿

I quickly changed into the traditional Thai wrap provided, feeling ready to immerse myself in the relaxing world of the herbal sauna. 🧖‍♀️✨

After changing, I placed my clothes and valuables inside one of the lockers provided. It was comforting to know that lockers were available for guests, allowing everyone to relax without worrying about their belongings. 🔒👜

The area was surprisingly spacious, with plenty of seating available for guests to rest and unwind between sauna sessions. 🌿🪑

Whether you wanted to cool off for a moment or simply sit back and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, there was always a comfortable spot waiting for you. 🍃✨

The surroundings were beautifully lush and green, filled with trees, ornamental plants, and colorful flowers. Everywhere I looked, nature embraced the space, creating a refreshing and calming atmosphere. 🌳🌸🍃

It truly felt like stepping into a hidden garden, far away from the noise of everyday life. 🌿✨

There were also two generously sized swimming pools on the property. Each pool area was well-organized, with clear separations that offered both privacy and comfort. 🏊‍♀️🌿

Surrounding the pools were lush green trees, adding even more to the peaceful and refreshing atmosphere of the entire place. 🍃🌴

Before heading into the sauna, I usually like to spend a few moments relaxing by the swimming pool. It’s the perfect way to slow down, breathe deeply, and let go of any lingering tension before stepping into the warmth of the herbal steam. 🧘‍♀️🏖️

This time, I spent almost three hours moving between the herbal sauna and the swimming pool, allowing myself to fully unwind and recharge. 🕒♨️🏖️

The soothing heat combined with the aromatic Thai herbs left me feeling incredibly refreshed and energized. Sitting quietly, surrounded by nature, added an even deeper sense of peace and happiness to the experience. 🌿🌸✨

After more than three hours of relaxation, it was finally time to shower, get dressed, and prepare to head back home. 🚿👗🏡

Even though I wished I could stay a little longer, I felt refreshed, recharged, and completely at peace — exactly what I needed. 🌿✨
