Today, my husband and I decided to have lunch at NOZOMI Sushi & Izakaya in Boat Lagoon, Phuket 🍣✨. We've been here many times before, and it never disappoints – it's our little slice of Japan right here in paradise.

NOZOMI Sushi & Izakaya is a Japanese restaurant located at the vibrant Boat Lagoon Marina, one of Phuket's most popular and lively spots 🚤🌊. The marina, just a quick 10-minute drive from our home, is not only a haven for luxurious yachts but also a hub for waterfront dining and relaxed vibes. With its chic modern Japanese design blended with cozy elements, the restaurant offers a truly authentic dining experience. Whether you're craving the freshness of their sushi and sashimi 🍣 or the hearty flavors of their izakaya-style dishes 🍶, NOZOMI provides the perfect setting for both casual meet-ups and special occasions.

It took us only 10 minutes to reach Boat Lagoon, a private marina sparkling with luxurious yachts and an inviting waterfront ambiance. While we weren’t planning to set sail 🚤, we were excited to indulge in some delicious Japanese cuisine in the cozy surroundings of NOZOMI Sushi & Izakaya. Every visit feels like a mini escape – a delightful break from the everyday, right on our doorstep.

Before we arrived at the restaurant, I took some time to capture the beautiful surroundings. The area was filled with luxurious yachts docked peacefully at the marina, creating a serene and picturesque atmosphere.

As we stepped inside the restaurant, the remnants of the Christmas festivities were still present. The glass windows were adorned with ribbons and little Santa Claus figurines climbing down ropes. Looking outside, the view of numerous yachts created a stunning backdrop, making the dining experience even more delightful.

After placing our order, the restaurant served a complimentary appetizer while we waited—grilled corn with butter. The aroma was irresistible, and it’s one of my favorite snacks to enjoy! 🌽✨

Shortly after, the fried sweet potatoes were served—a dish I simply cannot skip every time I dine here. They're crispy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious! 🍠❤️

One of the dishes we ordered was vinegared saba (mackerel). The tangy flavor of the fish, paired with fresh wasabi and pickled ginger, created a refreshing and delicious combination. The presentation was also stunning! 🐟✨

The presentation of each dish was so appealing that I couldn’t resist capturing a few photos to share. The golden crisp of the sweet potatoes and the vibrant colors of the other dishes made everything look as good as it tasted. 📸🍴

After savoring every bite of our delicious Japanese meal, we left the restaurant with happy hearts and full stomachs. The combination of flavorful dishes, cozy ambiance, and the serene view of luxury yachts at the marina made this dining experience truly special. 🌸🍣✨
