I ordered mobile back covers online but they sent the wrong size.

In this, I ordered two different colored back covers for my mobile Infinix Note 8i from Daraz Pakistan for online shopping, but they sent both the back covers for Infinix Hot 8.

I had ordered two colored back covers, one green and the other blue, but due to the size not being right, I have posted this order back to Daraz Pakistan today through Leopard and my money will be free-funded after four days and it will be deposited in my Daraz Violet account, so I will be able to buy the covers of the desired size again.

In the picture you can see that their sizes are completely different, they are not matching with the mobile, if you look at the fingerprint area, they are not matching properly there either, and if you compare it with the rest of the mobile, because I have compared the mobile with the back cover in the two pictures, there is a lot of difference between them, so they could not match my mobile, so I had to return them to me. This is a very simple cover. Its price in Pakistani rupees is 800 rupees.

And their price in Steam is 21.45 as of today. I have been waiting for these back covers for so many days. Their delivery has arrived after four days. But when I opened the parcel and matched the size with the mobile, it was completely different. Then I felt very sad that why did the seller do this? If he did not have that size available, he should not have sent it. So I went to the return option of Daraz Pakistan, filled the form and sent it back. This process will take about four or five days and after that I will get my money back in my Daraz wallet.

This has happened to me about three or four times before and I did the same and returned the parcels and my money was deposited into my Daraz wallet. Pakistan has a very great service in that if a seller sends the wrong item online, Daraz takes it back and takes the money from that seller and refunds the customer and there is no fee for sending it back. It is all free of cost.
