Assalamu Alaikum friends, I hope you are all well and your Eid today was a happy one and my wish is that your upcoming "Eids" will be happy as well. Today I am going to share some memories of my past Eid with you. I hope you all will like it.
This Eid is called "Eid al-Adha", Eid al-Bakra, Eid al-Adha, and Eid al-Qurban.
"Eid al-Adha" teaches us to obey and submit to Allah Almighty. "Hazrat Ibrahim" (AS) decided to sacrifice his most precious thing to his son "Hazrat Ismail" (AS) on the command of Allah Almighty. What a great test this was. What greater test could there be? From this we learn that we should not hesitate to sacrifice our most precious thing in the path of Allah.
The second meaning of Eid is sacrifice and sacrifice. We should spend our wealth, wealth and time in the path of Allah and help those in need. The sacrifice of animals is also a symbol of this sacrifice. Apart from this, Eid also teaches us about mutual brotherhood.
All Muslims pray Eid prayers together and congratulate each other on Eid. This increases love and brotherhood among us. This day also teaches us to be grateful for the blessings of Allah because Allah Almighty has blessed us with countless blessings.
At 7:30 AM in the morning, we offered Eid prayers in the mosque in congregation. After praying, the Imam of the mosque prayed for well-being. After that, everyone hugged each other and wished each other a happy Eid. Now we had to go to sacrifice our animals. The little children were very happy. They were wearing different colored clothes and were busy playing, and they were also moving the animals around.
The sound of Allahu Akbar echoed and the sacrifices had begun. After sacrificing the animals, everyone went home with their meat and I also went to my house. After that, I distributed the meat among my relatives, neighbors and the poor and also started cooking it in my house for food. After a while, my friends came to meet me. By this time, the food was ready. I offered them meat and bread and we all ate together.
Eid is a very memorable day. Many friends who have not seen each other for the whole year also meet on this occasion. The coming and going of guests continues in every house. But today the weather was so hot that the intensity of the heat kept bothering everyone. I was also feeling thirsty again and again due to the heat and I was constantly using water.
