I have heard that several times. It seems everyone look alright but deep down they're dying. Untill when the person die either the next today people will start saying all kind of stuff:
Someone is responsible
Hes been attacked
It's not ordinary

But deep down the person knew what he went. A sleepless night, thinking all day. But he still look good, dress well, happy, smile.

This is what many people are going through. They died in silence because no one will understand them😭
