300 Characters on Teardrops On My Keyboard

in CCC3 days ago

Not wanting to attract attention during these episodes, with my stoic face, I told myself that I just have to wait and it shall pass. Yet, the crushing agony, as if my bones were being crushed by a compactor, was so intense that I didn't realize I was crying until the tears dropped onto my keyboard.

I don't know what you may be going through right now, but you have reflected a lot of pain and resignation in your writing. It is very true the phrase: "this too shall pass."

Keeping my fingers crossed. Thank you for reading this @gertu

My writer friends say that handwriting on paper is a surefire therapy for releasing energy.

It's good to let out pent-up tears, because it's a release. Best regards.

Reminded me of an activity at the church where we wrote things down and burn it. I cried uncontrollably but it felt great afterwards

There are times when we are so down without even noticing it or without a clear reason. It happens to most of us, it's nearly a daily talk over here. I wish I knew a way how to fight this, but all I know is that it helps to create something to take the mind off.
I wish I could cry but I lack tears.

If you are on Telegram and need a talk you can find me there as well
