Steemit Learning Challenge S24/W5|| Coffee Cake
Hello Steemains friend,
We're going through a beautiful week excited by the cake-making challenge and this week we'll take up the challenge of making cakes with coffee. And this challenge is helping us learn something new weekly as well as developing our creative skills. Thank you Lovely Teacher @m-fdo, organizer of the Steemit Learning Challenge S24/W5.And to provide baking course subjects for us and so I also wanted to make a coffee cake by following every step given in this recipe.
Coffee cake is a classic and adventurous combination that doesn't contain coffee drink.It's more rich than dessert is a comfort and one that can bring people together.
The history of coffee cakes is still unknown, but it is believed that coffee cakes actually originated in Europe and the earliest version is found in Germany. The true origin of coffee cakes is somewhat shrouded in mystery, but we know its roots are in Europe. The oldest versions of coffee cakes are in Germany, where they enjoyed the “Kaffee Kuchen” sweet yeast bread with coffee.1800 OK to Decade while immigration to America increased Dutch and Germans came up with cake recipes and since then American coffee cakes have gained popularity in America so today the bakers are new flavors as bakers add new flavors and ingredients.
O&H did by making coffee inspired by Danish tradition at the bakery .

Every ingredient in making cakes-
Flour | 100 gm |

Sugar | 100g |
Butter | 100 g |
Eggs | 2 |
Vanilla | ½ tsp |
Baking powder | ½ tsp |
Coffee | 1 tbsp |
Warm water | 2 tbsp |
In the initial step of making the cake I put each ingredient together and put the butter out of the fridge and into the room temperature. And at this stage I measured the flour, sugar and butter measurement scale and set it aside.
I will mix a spoonful of coffee well in two spoons of hot water and then leave it to cool.

1.In the first stage, take a light bit of butter and sugar mixture in a clean bowl. Sugar takes a while to melt in the butter so I'll beat well with the bitter machine for a long time to make the smooth batter, must be bitten well and in a slow , the sugar and butter mixture does not become over-beaten.

2.Put two eggs in this batter mixture and take a light bit for a minute then add a spoonful of vanilla to it and take a light bit again for a minute. At this stage after adding vanilla it will add an extra aroma and flavor. Bit for another minute with half a spoonful of baking powder.

3.Now at this stage I will add flour to the mixture of butter and egg sugar and continue to cut the dough. When the dough is well mixed with this batter, the batter will be light smooth and a little spongy. Now I'll add liquid coffee. And mix well with the dough batter and then I'll mix it gently with the spachula so there's no lumps anywhere then I'll pour the batter into a baking tray and tab the cake fan for a minute .

4.Today I'll bake this cake in a gas stove so at the beginning of making the cake I turned on the gas stove e and looked at an aluminum pan lid to keep the inner chamber of the aluminum pot warm.
My cake is better ready and the pan in which I will bake the cake is also very hot temperature inside now I will cover this cake panty inside that pot with a lid at 40 minutes.40 minutes this cake is very beautiful and well baked.

Leave the cake to cool. And when cool, cover it with a lid so that the moisture in the cake is fine.I made this cake last night and it got pretty cold in 6-7 hours so today I served it to cut it to my desired shape.And I took my user ID and served it here.

.Never made a coffee cake before, it was my first experience making coffee cake and it was a complete new cake recipe and interesting cake for me. So I didn't have to face any problem while making this cake 'I was a little scared, how about the cake test to eat it after making the cake?
Alhamdulillah, very nice and successful I was able to make cake and my made first date cake was quite spoggy and fluffy, alluring and a moist texture cake.
The Cake didn't bake in the electric oven.I've backed it into a gas stove and I'm never good at gas stove cakes. Far away the top layer of the cake remains raw.So I never make cakes in gas stove.
In this case I'm adopting my own technique. first stage I'll bake the cake for 30 minutes.In another gas stove I was left with a heavy steel pan. Exactly 30 minutes later I would lift the lid of the cake-making pot and cover it with this hot heavy pan. I'll cover it for exactly ten minutes because the top layer of the cake will bake very nicely in this hot heavy pan and the cake won't be raw on top.

After 10 minutes when I lifted this heavy pan and checked the cake with a toothpick, today's cake looks like a cake made in an electric oven because the top was baked very well.
Moreover after tasting this cake I thought it would take a little bit of bitter but the cake was pretty tasty and spongy in a coffee flavor.

The primary ingredient in cake making is whether a cake can't be made well without Cake flour and flour. This dough will form the basic structure of the cake and the cake will become soft fluffy and texture.
Cake without sugar will not be tasty at all so Sugar must be used to bring this sweetness of the cake and sugar retains the moisture viscosity of the cake so it is fast so it takes less dryness so the cake is soft and fine in tectarved products moreover baked bed products Mixing sugar with flour eggs and butter is very important. It is important not to boil properly without sugar.
Cake usually uses Vanilla essence to add flavor to baked items and this vanilla essence has its own aroma that fills with its vanilla flavor so the cake is a very flavorful attractive cake.
When Baking powder is mixed with other ingredients in the cake and baked, the baking powder reacts with heat to produce carbon dioxide, which in turn increases carbon dioxide production and swells to expand in volume.Either so cake baking powder acts as a rising agent agent so cake is easily forgotten, softened when baking cake.
- If we add Coffee powder to the cake while making Coffee, an extra coffee flavor is added to the vanilla flavor as well.So the taste of this coffee cake is added coffee powder to bring a complex test rich in coffee and it is also used to bring deep colors to the cake.Coffee is liquid so adding cake batter makes the batter thinner. Cake rising agent baking powder allows one to easily swell more, and the cake has a lighter and moist ,soft texture.
- Cake made with Butter adds extra flavor as well as is very tasty in terms of taste which turns into soft fluffy texture and cake is quite moisturized. Cakes made with cake butter are quite light and this butter cake helps to swell.
- Cakes can be made without Eggs these days but cakes made with Egg are very tasty to eat and the volume of soft fluffy texture cakes is good.Also, cakes made with eggs are very nutritious and these eggs act as egg binders to form the structure of the cake, which helps hold the other ingredients together.
