Super tea
Super tea 🫖 against colds and flu or better saying a decoction because it's a litre of water boiling 10 minutes with plants in it. And none of the plants are tea plants. But anyway... we've gotten used to calling everything that comes hot in a cup tea 🍵. But let's get down to business, in this litre of water what do we put to boil? Garlic with peel, ginger with peel, onion with peel (you can put a head of garlic, half an onion and a thumb of ginger). To make it very strong. Boil for 10 minutes, turn off. Add the juice of half a lemon. Stir well and cover for another 10 minutes. Strain, add a dessert spoon of honey and drink, 2 to 3 cups a day. You can keep the rest in the fridge and finish drinking it the next day. It is important to stay warm after drinking because we will sweat a lot. But I think we'll be fine the next day. Have you tried it? What teas do you drink
