The US government doesn't hold as much bitcoin as we thought... or does it?!

Everyone is freaking out over this:

US Marshals saying they only own 29k bitcoin.

It was assumed the government held roughly 200k bitcoin.

My response is perhaps it is held by other departments.

May simply be a situation where the bitcoin is just in the left pocket.
