Eternal Happiness is what I feel!! when it rains specially on a day off.
Generally I don't like rain much, However when it rains when you have no work to do you're totally "vella".(Vella is a word mostly used in Delhi). Happiness is in the drizzling of rain especially when you sense the first few drops, I just got drenched and took shower soon after. My mother made fritters(Aaloo pyaz pakode).Everyone enjoyed it with tea. I didn't take tea as I left it 3 years back. I moved to complete my routine chores as in dishes and clothes.

Being independent gives me a strong sense of freedom. I personally believe one can be as strong they want to see them.
It is extremely important for all women to be financially independent - be it married, single, separated, widowed or divorced to be financially independent.
The biggest perk of being independent in my opinion is..You're free to take your decision, noone will force u to take such decision which is against your wish. I'm willing to read a book "Psychology of Money". A beautiful thread upon personal finances by Morgan Housel.
I haven't been a regular reader so far but I always had a craving and attraction to books,
this book was suggested to me by a metro friend. I also made some research and finalized to buy it. I placed an order on Flipkart. Expected delivery is showing for 25th Oct. But I know, I'll get it within 3 to 4 days...😄
After completing this book, I'll share my review with u all.

Yeah really, fritters are preferred on rainy days, it increases its taste I think 😛.

Due to excessive rain, many work gets hampered. And outside water and mud can be seen. Today, it was raining here. It seems it will be a interesting book. Nice diary @varsha001, all the best.
